Bandwagon

Terms of use

Last updated [DATE]

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME] ("we") about using Bandwagon. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be at least [13, OR 16 WHERE LOCAL LAW REQUIRES] to use Bandwagon. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email, since that's how you sign in.

Your content

What you post (updates, photos, goals and cheers) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people in your challenges, only so we can run the app. When you delete something, or your account, we stop showing it as described in our privacy policy.

Only post things you have the right to share, and don't post anything about someone else that they wouldn't want shared.

Be kind

Bandwagon is for cheering each other on. Don't use it to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, to post anything illegal, or to try to break, overload or get around the app's privacy protections. We may remove content or close accounts that do.

Invite links

Anyone with a challenge's invite link can see its preview and join it. Share links only with people you want in. Whoever started a challenge can replace its link at any time.

The service

We work hard to keep Bandwagon running and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or stop features. If we ever shut Bandwagon down, we'll give you reasonable notice first.

Bandwagon isn't medical, fitness or financial advice. Look after yourself, and go at your own pace.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to [AMOUNT]. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending things

You can stop using Bandwagon and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
